Judged blind against entries from dairies right across the country, our Salted Caramel came out on top of the field — the same recipe and small-batch process we've used since 1999.
Our Raspberry & Finger Lime Yoghurt took the top score in its category too, recognising the same attention to real ingredients and honest recipes that goes into everything we make.
Judged against every frozen dairy product entered across the whole show — not just ice cream — our Salted Caramel took the single highest score of any frozen product on the day.
This category recognises products made without artificial flavours or colours — exactly how we've always made our Salted Caramel, with real ingredients and nothing else.
These awards don't change anything about how we make our ice cream and frozen yoghurt — they're confirmation of it. The same small-batch process, the same real ingredients, and the same recipes we've been using since 1999 are what earned all four top scores.
